About the Yemba language

Yemba, also known as Atsang-Bangwa, Bafou, Bamileke-Yemba, Dschang and Tchang is a language of Cameroon.

It has over 300,000 in South West region: Lebialem division; West region: Menoua division, Dschang area.

Yemba has two dialects namely emba, Foreke Dschang (Dschang, Tchang). It is part of a language subgroup which includes Ngwe [nwe] and Ngiemboon
